A companhia promete e vai além do prometido. Excursões são bem explicadas e o roteiro é bem construído. O motorista surpreendeu com seus relatos e histórico de vida tornando o passeio mais interessante.

Excellent services provided by Reykjavik excursions and would recommend anyone to use them, especially if it is their first time visiting Iceland.

The Golden circle and greenhouse tour was extremely well presented by the guide Gunnar and driver Pawel.

The northern lights tour was rescheduled with ease as it had to be cancelled on the first 2 nights of our stay due to inclement weather.

We did the Golden Circle Tour with Glacier Snowmobiling through Reykjavík Excursions and had the best experience! It was so easy to book, and the bus to pick us up was right on time and had a list of each person they needed to pick up. Our tour guide was Inga, and she was friendly, fun, knowledgeable, and passionate about her job. I don’t usually go on bus tours, but this tour was very exciting and a great way to see many spots. The snowmobiling was also a once in a lifetime experience! The Reykjavík tours are a very fun and smooth experience.

Am rezervat o excursie destul de lunga, 11 ore, în care se vizitează multe obiective, cercul de foc, craterul Karo, laguna albastra. L-am avut ca și ghid pe Mika, care este și sofer. Este foarte bine pregătit și foarte amabil. Pentru ca și turiștii au fost civilizați și nu au întârziat, a făcut diverse alte opriri scurte pentru a vedea unde se coace pâinea islandeza in pamant în jurul izvoarelor cu ape termale, o crescătorie de cai

When I was seated with my personal bags and jackets in the next seat, this young lady who checked the tickets pointed at the seat using her pen and said, “Put your bag under,” in a very sharp and unfriendly tone. It wasn’t just the words—it was her overall manner, which felt dismissive and rude. Using a pen to gesture at a chair while speaking in that tone of voice made the experience feel more like a scolding than a simple instruction.

I completely understand the need for clear communication, but kindness and respect should never be compromised in the process. I hope this feedback can be taken as a reminder of how much tone and body language matter in customer service.

The driver was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

We had a great experience with Hermann (our bus driver) - we had just finished the Laugavegur trail, and since we didn’t know how long it would take us, we didn’t buy our tickets in advance.
Hermann explained that he would only know if there were enough seats at the next stop, so he kindly took us there (we would wait for the next bus if there were no seats left).
He politely and skillfully managed another passenger who tried to jump us to get a spot, and gave us a great tour during the whole trip.
If you’re lucky enough to have Hermann as your driver, please say hi for us!

Paid for a trip to the Blue Lagoon. They send an email indicating pickup time and location which you choose on booking. The email confirms pickup time (11:00am) and location. Then you get another email that say “ Pick-up will occur 30 minutes before the tour begins. The pick-up window lasts for 30 minutes.”. We arrived at 10:45 and the transport was gone. We called and they said there was nothing they could do and there would be no refund. We caught a cab and made it there for another 150 bucks and didn’t lose everything. Had a great time at the venue. Blue lagoon is amazing. Totally worth it. When we went to leave we were able to board a bus that got close to our hotel. Driver literally said “I don’t even care anymore” it a fellow employee because he was annoyed people had questions. In short, their communication sucks.
