Bonita cafetería con todo tipo de dulces y buen café. De los cafés más caros que tomamos en Islandia (que ya es decir). También sirve una especie de menú del día compuesto de sopa y postre a un precio comedido. Cuenta con un museo en su interior. Nosotros nos comimos un burrito de salmón delicioso en un puesto callejero colindante y aquí degustamos un postre y el café.

This is a cute family operated cafe and museum in one of the oldest buildings in the area. The service was friendly and fast, they do not have a large menu, but there was a vegetarian option as well as several bakery items. The museum side was closed when we visited.
I had not expected that the vegetable soup would be as delicious as it was. Also, their pesto was amazing.
Highly recommend, stopping here for a quick meal, some warmth and a quick respite from being on a road trip.
There is a restroom available for use.

This must be a good place but our experience was odd for food. The staff is extremely nice and the ambience/atmosphere is awesome. But our mushroom soup was super salty and our latte was lukewarm. The staff was very accommodating for Vegan options and offered great suggestions. Even the complementary bread.

We came across some this lovely village by accident but spent some time here to relax. This cafe has a great character and nice outdoor seating. We had amazing apple pie!

Bez nadsázky nádherné bistro hned vedle přístavu. Dali jsme si místní houbovou a vegetariánskou polévku ( jedná se o bezednou místu polévky) . Cena na Islandské poměry normální, ale co překvapilo je že je k ní zdarma např. Sušená rajčata, jakési smetanové pesto, domácí chléb, něco jako arašídové máslo a překapávaná káva. Co nás nadchlo, že tam i pro místní dělníky nabízejí polévku zdarma. A jejích dezerty byli naprosto famózní. Pokud pojedete do tohoto přístavního městečka, tak se rozhodně zastavte. Dýchne na Vás úžasná atmosféra a ještě si luxusně zaplnite břich;-)

What a gem in this town, this is a must!! Tastiest Traditional Icelandic Lamb soup and Sweet potato soup. Truly a gem and one of the cosiest and nicest little places I’ve ever visited. Highly recommend this on your ring road travels.
