This hotel does not look very attractive from the outside but it is very clean, quiet and comfortable inside. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was quite good. The provided breakfast was not elaborate but it was very good. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

El hotel esta correcto, cuenta con unas habitaciones limpias y tiene un baño amplio. El edificio por fuera no es especialmente bonito además al lado de la carretera principal, sin embargo por dentro esta bastante mejor. La chica de la recepción era muy amable y servicial, el desayuno estaba bien. La cena también pero se agradecerían mas platos locales.

Von aussen denkt man sich: wo bin ich hier gelandet! Der Speisesaal und Aufenthaltsraum ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber gemütlich mit einem guten Bett.|Die Köchin ist auf meine Wünsche eingegangen und hat mir eine andere Sauce zubereitet. Das Essen war hervorragend.|Besonders erwähnenswert ist die extrem freundliche und effiziente Mitarbeiterin an der Reception/Service und Küchenhilfe alles in einem.|Wir haben uns die zwei Tage sehr wohlgefühlt.|Die Lage ist ganz praktisch zwischen Egilsstadir und Myvatn und den Studlagil Canyon sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Bald gibt es eine bessere Strasse dorthin.

Good value spot while passing through on the ring road. We had a private room and it was very clean, modern & unpretentious. Great shower. The outside doesn’t look very fancy, but inside the bedroom it’s really rather nice. Fab service - the lovely blonde woman at reception did our laundry & folded it all for us (we did pay for this, but we were pleasantly surprised to see our socks paired & everything folded etc, rather than just shoved in a bag). Recommend staying here if you’re passing through.

Tolles Hotel direkt an der Ringstraße. Außen noch unrenoviert, deshalb ein wenig unscheinbar. Innen alles neu renoviert, gute Betten, individuelle Ablage/Tisch/Garderobekombi mit ein bisschen zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Die drei jungen Damen welche während unseres Aufenthaltes zugegen waren, waren sehr freundlich.
Absolute Empfehlung hier zu nächtigen, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet da wir unterwegs schon gegessen hatten. Wir hatten das nicht auf den Schirm, dass ein Restaurant dabei ist. Preise lt Karte in Ordnung.

My bicycle broke down here and we were well taken care of. The rooms in the hostel part of the hotel were excellent and very clean. The shared kitchen and showers were also very clean. The staff is fantastic and helpful. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Very grateful to have found a place to stay, as it suddently started snowing so much so we couldn't get to the place we originally booked. They were so helpful & friendly in accomodating us - very grateful 🙏 also the rooms are clean & spacious & we enjoyed the breakfast buffet!
