They lost three different socks, and I got one which was not mine. I paid 42€ for the laundry service, which is absolutely insane. Do not go there!

they lost some socks and other clothing, the stuff didn't taste clean, it had a strange smell. They told us we could go and collect it on Saturday but there was no one there, at a certain point a very rude person arrived and we were able to take our stuff. Very expensive and the price does not compare to the service

Ceci n’est pas une laverie, mais un pressing. 7000 ISK nous ont été proposés pour une machine de vêtements. A la place nous sommes allés au Laudromat Backpackers en centre ville.

Wir haben einen Beutel mit T-Shirts usw. waschen lassen. Hat 2,5 Stunden gedauert. Meine Frau hat gesagt, es würde zwar nicht mehr riechen, wäre aber nicht richtig sauber geworden. Kosten 5800 Kronen bzw knapp 40 Euro 🙄. Besser auf einem Campingplatz versuchen.

The person at reception was friendly, they washed a bag of 2 weeks clothes for around 5000 isk which is nice
The clothes were clean and dry the next day
I recommend this laundry if you travel in Iceland

Just an FYI we stopped today to get some laundry done and were told it would take 5 hours! Everyone else’s reviews said 2-2.5 hours so we were surprised to say the least. We are not staying in Alureyri so that wasn’t going to work for us.
