This hotel is nice and comfy! My brother, dad, and I stayed in a triple room which was pretty small but still good for us because we didn't spend much time there. |Very small bathroom in the room.|Breakfast is pretty good, but they serve the same thing every day.|Not far from popular areas which was so helpful.|The hotel does not have any extra things like a fitness center, but it was good for what we needed.

This hotel is located close to a freeway, and the rooms (at least the one we stayed in) don't have good soundproofing. Therefore, street noise can be quite disturbing for light sleepers. Earplugs are 100% recommended. The room is spacious and comfortable, though. The hot water had a strong sulfur smell. Although we only experienced it here, I heard this is a common problem in Iceland

Hotel con lo básico para pasar una noche.
Es verdad que estaba un poco anticuado, pero estaba limpio.
Eso sí; el agua como en muchos sitios huele a azufre.
Te piden tarjeta por si acaso rompes algo o te llevas algo.

We arrived in the middle of the night and the reception is open 24/7 so that was no problem at all. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, with almond milk which I appreciated. The location of the hotel right beside a busy road means you hear cars all night but that's to be expected. Our stay was only for one night. I would recommend this hotel for everyone arriving in the night not wanting to spend the prices close to the airport. It was the perfect place to get to Reykjavik the next morning

Ottima posizione per chi arriva dall’aeroporto e ha necessità di andare subito a dormire. Abbiamo potuto scegliere di fare colazione in hotel direttamente la mattina dopo aver visionato cosa offriva. Visto il prezzo direi che abbiamo fatto una buona colazione, c’era abbastanza scelta. Bene la pulizia e bagno privato (rarità in Islanda).
L’acqua dai rubinetti odorava tantissimo di zolfo quasi da rendere impossibile lavarsi i denti. Struttura vecchia e poco accogliente.

Well situated Hotel 15 minutes drive from Reykjavik but on the road from the airport. Large spacious well equipped rooms. The rooms are warm, we went in winter, and have a balcony. Breakfast is continental style as an added extra.

Wie die anderen Rezensionen sagen, das Hotel entspricht nicht wirklich dem deutschen Sternestandard.
Für das Geld bekommt man aber kaum was anderes in Reykjavík.
Mein Zimmer war direkt an der Hauptstraße was sehr laut nachts war. Die Zimmerwände sind sehr dünn, man hört fast alles um einen herum. Besonders wenn Betrunkene nachts im Flur umquasseln.
Das Hotel ist aber sauber und die Rezeption war nett. Auch gibt es genügend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Frühstück wird auch angeboten.
