Still place is remarkably tucked away in the city just off the main shopping Street.
Do you have a range of different flavoured sauces to choose variety of different ways to have the chips? Fish was cooked to a super perfection and really priced given the city is very expensive.You’re able to sit down of the area.

Reykjavik Chips Iceland is hands-down the best place to eat in the city! I tried the fish and chips, and it was absolutely amazing. The fish was perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside, and the chips were cooked to perfection. The flavors were incredible, and the portions were generous. The staff was super friendly, and the cozy atmosphere made the experience even better. If you're in Reykjavik, I highly recommend stopping by—this place is a must-visit! Can't wait to come back again!

As an American I’m probably not the best fish and chips connoisseur, but Reykjavík Chips has been a top-3 fish and chips I've ever had. Period.

I’ve had fish and chips in London (9.5/10) and in southern Portugal (8.5/10) and Japan (7/10) and at several places smattered throughout the USA (New England, Pac NW consistently have solid 8.5-9.5/10 F&C). But this place…

My GF got F&C with the pickle dipping sauce and I got F&C with the garlic dipping sauce. And while both sauces were great, the fish by itself with just a squeeze of lemon was all it needed. It was light and flakey and the breading was 🤌🏼 chef’s kiss. If I lived here I’d have a difficult time not getting it daily.

9.75/10 would HIGHLY recommend.

Best fish and chips I’ve ever had! Easy customisation of burgers using their website. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is reasonably priced. We ate here twice in three days.

The best fish and chips I've had outside of England. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that I have standards nobody outside the north of England can meet. So good we went back twice

So good we went twice in a week 🤩I asked if their veggie burger was a meat alternative, not sure if they understood but it is for anyone else wondering! It’s a decent tasting fake meat, I added an egg for extra protein too 😋both normal & sweet potato fries are amazing! The pickle / garlic mayo sauces were sooooo good - defo get the pickle!

Pommes frites (både vanlig og søtpotet), øl og Smiths på anlegget. What's not to like.

Et tips er å ikke gå for large, det gjorde vi, og det ble mye. Small eller medium er perfekt. Man kan alltids bestille mere. Gode sauser følger også med.

Good quality fish and great chips. Love the variety of sauces they offer (although I’d love them to offer a British curry sauce). The batter could be better, however, not super crunchy. The fish pieces were also a bit on the small side and had a sour juice inside the batter (before adding lemon).
